KefoFerm contains a combination of apple fibre, fructooligosaccharides and a unique mixture of fermented extracts from 35 fruits and vegetables.
The food supplement was developed and is being manufactured under pharmaceutical supervision in the Czech Republic, in compliance with the strictest EU rules and standards. Behind the product development is the ESSENS Scientific Board team, made up of experts and pharmacists, who have been in the industry for many years. No chemically prepared raw materials, preservatives, stabilisers or colourants are used. The product does not contain sugar, gluten or lactose and is suitable for vegans.
Recommended dosage: 1 capsule a day to be taken in the morning during or after a meal with plenty of fluid.

Why consume ESSENS KetoFerm? During the keto diet, a side effect may be a change in the microbiome with reduced intestinal peristalsis leading to constipation. This is due to the limited intake of fibre, which is commonly found in bread, legumes, etc.
The fermentation of 35 fruits and vegetables takes place using a unique technology through lactic acid bacteria, lactobacilli, bifidobacteria and yeasts. It creates a wide range of soluble microfibers, which is the main nutrient and regenerator of the intestinal mucosa, and also regulates the immune system. During fermentation, sugar is also removed from the fruit. The advantage of a mixture of fruits and vegetables is the support of a wide range of friendly bacteria, unlike monocomponent fibre. Fermented fruits serve as effective antioxidants and can have anti-inflammatory effects.
Fructooligosaccharides, soluble prebiotic indigestible fibre, stimulates the growth of beneficial bacteria in the large intestine, inhibits the growth of possible pathogens, supports the activity of the intestine and thus strengthens the immune system.
